Q: Can I request toys for my kids?
We apologize, but due to the overwhelming request for donations and the vast geographical area we must cover, we are unable to fulfill individual requests. We do have many charities that work with our campaign that can accept your request for toys. Please use the following link to find an organization near you. Please check this link weekly as new organizations are added.

Q: Questions Regarding Becoming a Toy Drop Off Location
Thank you for your interest in being a part of Toys for Tots this year! We will begin accepting requests to become a drop site beginning October 1, 2023.

Please utilize the "Get Involved/Volunteer tab"  at the top of the page and fill out a application form.

The following are some general guidelines: Individual drop sites/collection sites will not be available for any home based business under any circumstances. The collection dates for drop off points will be released in November. To ensure timely distribution for this Christmas Holiday, the last day for individual drop-offs to the warehouse will be December 15. You will need to pick up your (1) promotional collection site box and supporting items directly from the Toys for Tots warehouse, location is TBD. Once we are up and running, sites will be able to drop by the warehouse to pick up supplies. Please understand that we are supporting a very large geographical area with many locations and will be unable logistically to deliver any supplies. For questions not addressed here, please contact us at fort.lewis.wa@toysfortots.org

Q: What is an acceptable donation?
An acceptable donation is a NEW unwrapped toy. Some examples of these are action figures, dolls, baby toys, puzzles and non-realistic looking weapons. We do accept home made toys, but we ask that if you do desire to take the time out of your busy schedule to make them, that they are safe and free of sharp edges and small items that could be swallowed or otherwise injure the child that receives these donations. We also accept gift cards, however gift cards will not be given as a gift. If you do desire to give a gift card, the cards will be used to purchase toys for distribution. It is recommended to select store gift cards that are to stores that have toys.
